WinWinBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed instantly.
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed instantly.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, processed within normal banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, subject to card issuer processing times.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. WinWinBet will reject and return any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party account. WinWinBet does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges — WinWinBet has no control over or responsibility for such charges.

WinWinBet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your WinWinBet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• You must withdraw to a payment method in your own name that matches the details on your WinWinBet account.
• Any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must be completed before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn — details are set out in Section 8 (Bonuses & Promotions).
• WinWinBet may require identity and payment verification before approving your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold set at WinWinBet's discretion.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day if requested during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT). WinWinBet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

WinWinBet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, WinWinBet will investigate the account and communicate the outcome to the player via the contact details held on file.

All sports betting on WinWinBet — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and virtual sports — is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the relevant betting section of the platform:

• Minimum stake: Rs 100 per bet slip selection. Individual market minimums may apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is accepted and binding only once WinWinBet has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets are not accepted until this confirmation is received.
• Odds changes: WinWinBet reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between selection and confirmation, WinWinBet will either apply the new odds or return the stake — you will be notified at the time of placement.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided by WinWinBet if the event is cancelled, abandoned without a result, settled incorrectly, or if the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds. Voided bets result in full stake return.
• Manifest errors: WinWinBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("manifest error"). WinWinBet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.
• Match abandonment: WinWinBet follows sport-specific settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches. For PSL and cricket, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where a result is achieved. Fully abandoned matches with no official result will see all match bets voided and stakes returned.
• Result disputes: Settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL; FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, WinWinBet's decision is final once all relevant information has been considered.

WinWinBet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or accumulator at our discretion, including for accounts that consistently beat the market or display patterns inconsistent with recreational betting.

All casino games, crash games, card games, jackpot slots, and virtual sports games available on WinWinBet are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game has its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on WinWinBet, you agree to both these Terms and the specific game rules provided by the game supplier.

All casino and crash games on WinWinBet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by the game provider's licensing authority. WinWinBet does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — the RNG operates independently of the platform. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within game information panels and represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate over millions of rounds, not a guaranteed return in any individual session.

• One bonus per player: Each WinWinBet promotional offer can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, payment method, and device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all bonus funds being removed and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Eligible games: Not all games on WinWinBet contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinWinBet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.

WinWinBet monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit all funds held in their WinWinBet account at the time of suspension. WinWinBet cooperates fully with law enforcement and sporting governing bodies in investigations relating to betting integrity.
